Installation¶

PsychoPy Plugins (recommended)¶

The recommended way to install psychopy-bids is through the Plugin Manager. Start PsychoPy, open the Tools menu, and select Plugin/packages manager. Search for psychopy-bids and click Install.

pip install (Linux, macOS & Windows)¶

PsychoPy supports Python 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10. You can install psychopy-bids and its dependencies with:

pip install psychopy-bids

After installation, the BIDS Event component and the BIDS Export routine are available in PsychoPy Builder and ready for use.
